    Rushil Nain, waited much too long and they ended up giving me a car that was completely frozen and low on gas. Every other customer had a nice vehicle that was all ready

    Great experience with Enterprise Regent location for customer service at the start. I was assisted by Khaled and then Jamal. They were very friendly, professional and made sure I received their full attention. They were very accommodating and remembered me when I called in for follow up. They understood the frustration I had dealing with a break in with my own vehicle and made my experience with Enterprise 5 - Star. Unfortunately, my car insurance was giving me some problems with covering the full time I needed the rental for, but that is on them. My only minus point with Enterprise was when I received a call after I had returned my rental advising me about my insurance only paying partial. I understood it wasn't on Enterprice and knew I would need to deal with my insurance. When I asked the girl for the price she wasn't able to tell me. She promised to call/email me back that day, but I received nothing. So when I followed up that evening after work the next girl I spoke with put me on hold 4 or 5 times to get the information I needed. May have been a new trainee. Not sure. But she then came through and emailed me the invoice I had requested.

    These folks were very accommodating when we requested a vehicle upgrade from a sedan to suv when picking up the rental. We were done and down the road within the hour. Excellent service! I'll be back for sure!

    Absolutely terrible experience. Planned a Christmas trip with the kids, and our car crapped out. So we decide to rent one from enterprise. We live over an hour away from this location. Once we’re almost there, we receive a call to say they don’t have the size car we need in stock. So now our trip is cancelled, kids are crushed, and we wasted 2 hours of our time driving there for nothing. Tell me, what is the point of a reservation, or an online booking?? Or how about a confirmation for your booking the car you need?? Absolutely useless.

    I had a rental through a direct repair body shop and wasn't pleased with the experience with Enterprise. The vehicles themselves were fine, I wasn't in a position to complain. But after a week with my rental Corolla they asked me to bring it in as the mileage was high and corporate wanted to sell it. I don't get why it was provided to me in the first place, doesn't seem to be very good fleet management... they asked me to return it and not to worry about filling the tank which was nice. I went out of my way to do so as timely as possible, and got another vehicle, a Jetta. About halfway to work I noticed the right turn signal wasn't working. I mentioned it to them and they asked me to return it as it wasn't safe to drive.. their words. I returned to the store again and they got me signed up for a Malibu, which was brought around to me and I was just getting my stuff ready to transfer over when I was told it needed an oil change and can't be rented to me. They then had a different Corolla brought up for me which I drove until my vehicle was ready for pickup. This final visit was supposed to be quick and it ended up taking an extra 35 minutes out of my day in addition to the commute because of the overdue maintenance fiasco. I should mention the location I was requested to bring all the vehicles to was 30 minutes out of my way each time. No one at Enterprise seemed to care about the poor experience and just laughed about how many vehicles I was going through. Again, the rental was a courtesy through the body shop so I shouldn't complain, but I just thought I should say something about Enterprise's poor fleet management.
