I have bigger vehicle loss of use but they were unable to find an entry level suv or at least a car with power driver seat and gave me a small car with manual drive seat. I was advised that they will call me back as soon as a power seat vehicle is available but nothing for 10 days. I went there again to check and they finally gave me ford edge that was available and did put my name on the key tag which I was supposed to pick up next day morning. Next morning they rented it out to someone else. It was so disrespectful. I returned there car next day and rented a nice suv from other place. I ended up paying double for that day. I will never go back to this place.

It was a very good experience: firstly- because MPI paid the rent, secondly- the rented Hyundai surprised me by its quality and the design, (I newer drove Hyundai before) So I was grateful for the opportunity. And about Enterprise- excellent service from very friendly receptionist and costumer service, who answered all my questions, to the very pleasant experience of driving their vehicle. Thank you.

The process of checking out physically at the vehicle felt very modern. From check in, to drop off. I would come here again, also cause its close to home - makes it even better.
