  I have used this location before. The service is outstanding. The staff are so good, it is a busy location but they run things so smoothly. Their vehicle selection is good and customer service is excellent. Thank you Enterprise Waverley

  Reached almost at closing time to exchange a very foul smelling vehicle given to us by enterprise on st James! The manager Roop did an excellent job by giving us a clean and properly washed vehicle while staying behind beyond her normal working hours! Thank you Roop for your dedication to customer service! You saved the day as it was impossible to sit in the disgusting car we were given!

  Extremely disappointed with my first (and last) experience with Enterprise. I rented a car through Enterprise because my vehicle was in the body shop for repairs. When the Enterprise representative dropped off the rental at the shop, he quickly handed me an iPad, took my credit card, and had me sign. At no point did he explain that I needed to purchase separate insurance coverage for the rental. Everything seemed fine for the first few days. Then, less than a week later, I parked the rental to go for a haircut. When I came back, there were footprints and scuff marks on the side of the driver’s door — clearly something that happened while it was parked. I immediately called Enterprise to report the issue. To my surprise, they told me I’d be charged $750 for the damage. I asked, “Doesn’t insurance cover this?” only to find out that I apparently didn’t have any rental coverage because no one had informed me I needed to buy it separately. After several calls and explanations, one of the employees agreed to reverse the charge, which I appreciated. I thought that was the end of it. Fast forward two months later, I receive a letter in the mail from Enterprise saying I now owe $1,200, with a warning that if I didn’t pay within 10 days, it would be sent to collections. I called multiple times, went in person to the Enterprise branch, then to MPI, and back to Enterprise again. Every time, I got a different answer. The branch manager even wrote down my number, promising to call me back in two days, and, of course, never did. This entire experience has been a nightmare, from poor communication and unclear policies to being chased for a bill months later for something I was told was resolved. If you’re renting from Enterprise, make sure to double-check every detail about insurance coverage and get everything in writing. I genuinely hope they start being more transparent with their customers, because no one deserves to go through this much frustration for a simple rental.
