    Awesome experience every time. Always go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Got a pick up for a rental with half hour notice before they closed. I won't rent from any other location

    After booking online and receiving confirmation email that my rental car will be ready for 9AM, l went to the local Enterprise Rental car and had to wait for two hours before getting into a car. I was the second customer to get through the door and I was not treated with priority. I missed my work assignment while having my people waiting for me and l reached Morden from Winnipeg at the end of my appointment. I was told that I had to wait while others came after me and after a long wait though shorter wait time than I. They were on their way. What hurts me deeply was the fact that the booking was clear that I could check in early for my rental car and that it was ready for me to pick up at 9AM. Something similar happened to me in December 2025 as well. I was transported by Enterprise to another location where I got the class vehicle that I had reserved. This is very poor service by Enterprise. I know that they were never like this. Let's bring back quality customer service.

    I've been renting from Enterprise now for the past 20 years. I rented a fleet of cars from them for my wedding. I rent one vehicle from them about every year either for a personal trip or MPI rental. I rented an SUV from them this past weekend and there were some issues with the vehicle. Kingsley, one of their employees, gave me his business card and when I spoke with him about the issues he resolved all of my concerns and made me feel like a valued customer. I will continue to use Enterprise and I recommend them to all of my business associates.
