    I wouldn’t leave a star if I could. I have called a couple dozen times to speak with someone there and there’s never an answer. They picked I once and hung up without saying a word. I’ll never rent from there.

    Very disappointed with how this branch handled a simple billing issue. I was charged for Collision damage after clearly declining coverage. I called three separate times in September 2025 and was told each time that someone would call me back — no one ever did. It is now February 2026 with no resolution. I would appreciate a proper response from management explaining why this has not been corrected.

    Great customer service from everyone at this location. If you have an issue they will make it right. Plus I find it hard for any other rental car company to beat Enterprise prices in general. This is my go to location for my rental needs now.

    Exceptional experience getting a rental with Abdul. He was so friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend Abdul to friends and family. The process with Enterprise was great but it really was the above and beyond customer service from Abdul that made me come here to give 5 stars. Definitely someone to keep around. Update, had to extend my rental agreement as the shop has my car for a bit longer. Abdul again was incredibly helpful and saved me a trip. Honestly first thing that came to mind was, I gotta be more like Abdul at my work, we all do :)

    I had an excellent experience with Enterprise, and it was because of Omar’s outstanding customer service. I came in after having a terrible experience at Honda West, and Omar was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He took the time to listen to me vent about my ordeal at Honda and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. He treated me with genuine care and empathy. It’s rare to encounter someone who can completely turn your day around just by being human and compassionate. Omar went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll absolutely continue choosing Enterprise and recommending this location to others.
