  I chose this shop because they are a big name in the autobody world, so I knew they had the ability to stand behind their work. What I did not expect was the level of personal service I got. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was great and everything was clearly explained. Mike, the manager, was awesome to deal with. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and kept me updated the whole way through. It honestly felt like a small, local shop with the resources of a big company. From start to finish, the experience was first class. Highly recommend.

  Just had a drivers door glass replaced from a vandalism incident. First place I went to called me day before appt to let me know my glass is lost in a Montreal warehouse somewhere. Then told it would be back ordered and would take till mid January. Next place took the claim but left me in the dark for over 2 weeks and repeated attempts to get updates ignored. Last but not least dropped in on Boyd, was called back within an hour saying they could get it done next week. Repaired today as scheduled and promised. Very professional friendly and prompt. Would gladly give them any business in the future!!

  Oh my goodness, I have never had such outstanding customer service. If you need a rental car (mine is covered by insurance) Mike has it in the lot ready for you prearranged. Speaking of Mike, when you bring your vehicle in he does some kind of Vulcan Mind Meld to it and in a few minutes he can tell you exactly what repairs your vehicle needs! All arrangements and updates are clearly communicated and with all the cars in our family, we have never had to return for warranty repairs, never. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Just to be clear we have 4 vehicles. 4 visits, all same outstanding service.
