  Booked an appointment to get my vehicle looked at, told them what was wrong with it etc. Brought my vehicle in and when I got there they told me they won't look at it. Could have just said that over the phone. Wasted my time.

  I had the unfortunate and classic Winnipeg incident of having one of my windows smashed on my vehicle. I called Boyd, my main point of contact was Brooke. Brooke was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Very kind, informative, patient and helpful. Pretty much all of the good qualities you want in somebody dealing with your vehicle and a vulnerable situation. Very well done! Second, my vehicle was fixed by Sean Greening. I do know Sean from a different walk of life, but I have had auto body repairs done by him before and let me tell you, he is the person that you want working on your vehicle. With decades in the industry and experience in apprenticing other auto body technicians, he is hands-down one of the best, and I say that from having work done by some terrible technicians in the past (not at this location) so I wholeheartedly trust that he will always do a good job, and he did! He’s extremely picky (in a good way) and never cuts corners. Third, I very much appreciate all of the efforts that went into detailing by Franco. It was a wonderful treat to have a clean vehicle at the end of everything and it definitely was nice not being pelted by glass while driving ha ha. Last, the employees that I dealt with picking up my vehicle, made everything effortless and easy. Again, this is very much appreciated. I wish everybody at this location, a safe and happy holiday season and I would be happy to come back if I ever need to.

  Gotta submit a glowing review about this place for what they did for us today! The sliding door on my girlfriend's 2006 Mazda5 came out of the track and was barely hanging on so we pulled in here last minute hoping they would be able to do something for us. Well just my luck that Sean Greening and the crew there were able to take care of us liketly split and get us back on the road! Really appreciate the help in a bind and looking forward to returning! 10/10 would Boyd again!

  The best customer service! Staff was very friendly and so accommodating. They also got the job done very fast considering it was a couple day before Christmas.

  I recently took my 2024 F-150 to Boyd Autobody Watson St Winnipeg for some vandalism repairs due to door dents by bandits and i could not be happier with the work done or the professional service I received at this location ...Thank Adam Beazley for taking care of this matter for me , best service ever .👍
