With that timeline in mind, I opted for extra coverage on my rental vehicle. However, due to delays, the repairs took more than 40 days, resulting in an additional cost of approximately $570 for the coverage. During my recent phone conversation with Manager, he assured me that he would cover any extra expenses I incurred as a result of this delay. And now they are avoiding communication on this matter
