  We had our vehicle repaired last week at Boyd and we were very satisfied! The front office is super friendly and helpful. Michael was so helpful and answered all of our questions, sent us daily updates and we had our vehicle back within a few days. The repaired area looks brand new, very happy with the work & service at Boyd Nairn and will definitely recommend to anyone needing body work on their vehicle!

  Autopac estimate a month and a half ago, no communication since. Might as well call them autopac, for the lack of communication. Update: Received a call and apologies for misplaced paperwork. Wonderful response. A mistake was made, it was owned up to, very professionally, hence my car is scheduled for autopac repair at boyd on regent. A master class on keeping a customer. Also, I couldn't refuse the offer of a loner car eventhough I don't have loss of use coverage. Nice touch!

  Got into an accident before Christmas and took my vehicle to Boyd on Nairn for a free estimate before making my claim to MPI. The quote they provided was pretty much what MPI estimated the damage to be. Took my vehicle back there last week to get the work done, they had my rental already ready for me. My vehicle was completed the day they said it was going to be and looks better than when I brought it in! I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Boyd on Nairn for your autobody repairs!

  I was expecting a head ache. Ide prolonged my claim thinking it would snowball into days or weeks without a vehicle and a lack luster repair. This is my first Google review, and I do so because my experience with Boyd Auto body on Nairin was great. Fast friendly and most important to me knowledge, competent staff! Thank you Boyd Auto body for a seem less and pleasurable repair
