  went to have my windshield replaced. They installed it in a day, but the glass is dirty and of low quality. When the sun shines, there are glares and shadows on the glass, which is very inconvenient. They also installed the dash camera incorrectly, although at least they didn’t tamper with it. Unfortunately, I’m not very satisfied. Conduct training on how to properly install dash cameras. There were supposed to be cable holders, but they’re completely missing. The wires were shoved under the trim, the camera doesn’t record properly, and the microphone cable is loose around the cabin. If you’re not confident in your skills, just say so, guys. Because this is complete nonsense.

  This is a story of complete turnaround and exceptional service. I’ve had my Toyota Tacoma with Boyd King Edward for nearly two years, and what began as a frustrating experience has become a story of remarkable recovery and professionalism. My repair journey started during the MPI strike which made every repair become months delayed, through no fault of Boyd. Early on, communication and follow-through were poor. For a long time, I genuinely planned to leave a one-star review. But over the past year, the leadership and staff have completely changed, and so has the experience. Karen Curtis, Steve, and the entire current team (including Sean during the transition) have transformed this location. Their care, transparency, and commitment to making things right were evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond coordinating my theft claim, ensuring all MPI documentation was handled smoothly, and ultimately restoring both my truck and my trust. After such a long and emotional process, I can confidently say Boyd King Edward is now a team that truly delivers on service excellence. I’d return here again and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who wants their vehicle cared for with genuine attention and pride.

  Couldn't ask for a better experience from start to finish. Was so helpful. My first time having my glass broken in my car was fixed in a couple of hours. So impressed!

  Great job on my window tint!! Very fast too, I was able to get my car back on the same day. I was given cute stickers from the decal shop, which was awesome as well.

  Sorry, the onky reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because the service rep was extremely nice about the MULTIPLE screw-ups that happened. Main problem was, painter left spots of clearcoat on the car. Overspray was on half the car including the front grill where it really shouldn't of been. Now, I know "shit happens" and I doubt they did it on purpose but, their cleaner, the last worker to work on it, told them he was done. Meaning, car is like when it first came in and management ok'd it......3 times. So, no, it was not ok and Noone there knows what their looking for to have it "ok'd. Cost me 3 extra days with a rental plus time and more money to bring it back couple other times. Yes, they were nice but this was unacceptable. Wil not bring it back
