  Thank you Karen Curtis, Steve and staff at Boyd . They were amazing at completing a repair on our vehicle that saved us several hundred dollars based on a dealer repair quote. They went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done properly and quickly.

  As you can clearly see in the photo, the seal was installed incorrectly. It does not sit flush with the car roof, it sticks out, and there is a visible gap. Water collects on top instead of draining properly. I left my car with you specifically to fix this issue, but nothing was done. I do not recommend this place for windshield replacement — you will end up dealing with the same problems I am. This is unacceptable workmanship. The workmanship is very poor and clumsy. The molding is misaligned along its entire length, it blocks proper water drainage, sticks out unevenly in the middle, does not sit flush against the metal, and allows water to get underneath it. They did nothing for two days, even though I clearly explained the problem. Now I am left with a headache and unnecessary hassle. I will likely consult MPI, since the work was not completed properly. I would rather find another place where the job is done correctly the first time, not on the third attempt.

  This is a story of complete turnaround and exceptional service. I’ve had my Toyota Tacoma with Boyd King Edward for nearly two years, and what began as a frustrating experience has become a story of remarkable recovery and professionalism. My repair journey started during the MPI strike which made every repair become months delayed, through no fault of Boyd. Early on, communication and follow-through were poor. For a long time, I genuinely planned to leave a one-star review. But over the past year, the leadership and staff have completely changed, and so has the experience. Karen Curtis, Steve, and the entire current team (including Sean during the transition) have transformed this location. Their care, transparency, and commitment to making things right were evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond coordinating my theft claim, ensuring all MPI documentation was handled smoothly, and ultimately restoring both my truck and my trust. After such a long and emotional process, I can confidently say Boyd King Edward is now a team that truly delivers on service excellence. I’d return here again and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who wants their vehicle cared for with genuine attention and pride.
