Linda met me at the door and had a tech working on it right away. Removed the panel and guess there was ice in the lock. They fixed it up and said Merry Christmas no charge today. A stormy day turned into a great day. There are kind people around and Linda and her staff certainly meet that requirement. Thanks for helping me out

Two employees were there, the male looked dazed and sluggish, while the female, equally unapproachable, seemed to wear her misery as plainly as her expression. I stood at the door for what felt like forever without so much as a “hello.” When she finally acknowledged me, all she said was “sit down.” No courtesy, no professionalism, just the energy of people who clearly dislike their jobs. I even asked another customer if he’d been treated any better; he said no. They ignored him the same way they ignored me. So i left to take my business elsewhere.

The Assistant Mgr was contacted by the Front receptionist and came out to speak to me about my vehicle concern shortly thereafter. He went outside and examined my vehicle. My issue was certainly minor in comparison to other vehicles. The great news for me was that he had one of his friendly staff members come outside & looked after my issue within 10 minutes. I was very impressed and without a doubt very pleased. Thank you Boyd Autobody staff...much appreciated!! I do know that my first stop will be at this Boyd Autobody location regarding any future issues that I may encounter!! Much continued success to the team at the Southdale (Lakewood Blvd) Winnipeg Boyd location!!! 👌 👍
