The only suggestion I have for Alamo is to add a car repair specialist to their phone support service. We had a force majeure situation on the road: during the trip, snow packed into the wheels, and the car started shaking badly. We didn’t immediately realize that the problem was so simple. We called customer support, but they didn’t offer anything other than replacing the car. I believe that a technician who understands cars would have been able to identify the issue right away and help us much faster. In the end, thanks to ChatGPT we managed to handle it, but we lost time.

The tires on it has summer tires and they was worn down to the wear bars .not fit to drive 800 km on winter roads in winnipeg, it was a ford bronco 4x4 and wasn't safe to drive .looked at other cars they had, and 3 of them wasn't safe either, ended up having to spend $40 more to get a truck with betrer tires.. plz put better tires on the cars

I rented a Premium SUV from here for a trip to Calgary and was given a Dodge Durango, the wheel balance was bad - car was shaking when you get to 100lm/hr. I called Road side assistance and the agent said a replacement vehicle would be waiting at the Calgary International airport. I arrived at the Calgary International airport and was told there is no car available for me except I downsize or take the car to Kal tire to fix. I declined and the manager told me to come back in the evening and a replacement vehicle would be available. I returned and the new manager I met was simply non challant arguing that his tire is good because he checked the tire thread. He even added that he was not the one that provided the car, separating himself from the company. Contract number: 1843047883 Update: I Included the contract number and you have my details. There is nothing else I need to send to you. Can I have a replacement vehicle that is similar to what I rented.
