  Easy to find pickup counter. Easy to find the car on the lot. Easy to return the car when my trip was over. I chose the mystery car and ended up with a Toyota Rav 4.

  The service was top-notch. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, explained everything, and offered me a few cars to choose from. I will definitely go there again. Thanks Jeremy

  BEWARE ! ! Rented a car here- booked online on Costco Travel for a pick up of 6 pm. Decided to come 2 hrs earlier at 4 pm and check out what SUVs were available because of busy Grey Cup weekend. Was told that they wouldn't honor the price pickup for my 6 pm quote and had to charge me $75 MORE. Said it's their process. I have rented from other places at this airport and they have NEVER charged me more for picking up earlier. I wasn't going to take this from the rep at the desk and told him this has never happened to me at Alamo in the past( same airport) and this wasn't right. I made sure the others behind me heard this because I felt that this was a cash grab . He insisted it is the way it is and he couldn't and wouldn't honor my online quote. Manager was at the back and heard this and backed him up! Stated "it is their process" . After I made a fuss and said I will book another online for an earlier time he changed his mind and said he was "making an exception" this time and he will honor the price I was quoted online for the later 6 pm pickup. I decided to check online with Costco Travel for the earlier pickup time during this whole mess and the amount of the rental for 4 pm is the same as the 6 pm rental quote. I didn't rub this into the manager's face and decided to just take the car and accept his "exception" to the matter. I didn't want to embarass him AND hold up the line. Don't always believe what they tell you at this Alamo - be careful as they will try to charge you more. BAD SERVICE hence my ONE STAR !! Shame on you Alamo for trying to charge your customers more than you should . Learn some customer service especially this Grey Cup Weekend as there are alot of visitors to the city !!!

  I arrived at the Winnipeg airport early Thursday, Nov 13, 2025. I was traveling with 4 friends for the Grey Cup game on Sunday. We were greeted with a smile from Pavel who assisted us with our rental. I pre-booked a premium mid sized SUV 2 weeks before we arrived, and when we checked in, Pavel suggested we upgrade because of the amount of luggage we had with us. I declined. She offered to let me view the two options side by side, and once we saw the limited space, we agreed with her suggestion that the larger model would suit our needs more effectively. Absolute amazing attitude and service by Pavel. Will HIGHLY recommend Alamo to friends and family. THANKS PAVEL!!

  Excellent Service - Truly Appreciated Our experience with Alamo was outstanding, thanks especially to the exceptional hospitality of the manager. She went out of her way to accommodate our family’s needs, arranging a car quickly and adjusting the timings for us since we had to wait longer than expected. She was easy to talk to, empathetic, and genuinely caring, something we truly appreciated after a long flight. The staff was equally helpful, making both pickup and drop-off smooth and convenient. Their support made the entire process hassle-free and added a sense of comfort to our trip. A big thank you to the Alamo team for delivering such a positive and customer-focused experience. Highly recommended!
