I took the keys and went to inspect the vehicle. I noticed that the rear door was slightly open, and after several attempts, I was unable to close it. I returned to the manager and informed him about the issue. He said that everything was fine and that the car just needed to warm up and it would be okay. In the outdoor parking lot, I met a woman named Luna, and I am very grateful to her for her help and understanding. She said that the car needed to be replaced immediately and that she would inform Abrar. After that, I returned to him once again to get another set of keys. Thank you, Luna, for your help, also, the guy who inspected the car after it was returned recognized me, and we had a nice, friendly conversation. Everything was great, thank you, guys. The only small issue was that because of the manager, I had to go back and forth a few times. Confirmation #1796158531
