  Be careful bringing your vehicle here. I brought my car in for a body repair after a collision and left thinking everything was ok. I asked if there was anything else about my vehicle I should be aware of and the shop said everything was fine. I got a call a few days later from MPI. Body Dudley filed all the MPI paperwork for a collision repair and a rust damage report with photos AFTER the repairs from the collision had already been completed. Paperwork is supposed to be sent to MPI before repairs begin. Whether it’s a mistake on their part or a purposeful business practice to guarantee more business, it left a bad taste in my mouth. It felt dishonest and put me in a position where I didn’t have all the information I needed before approving repairs. It makes me wonder if it was done intentionally to avoid writing the vehicle off and ensuring they could get money from MPI.

  I was told it would take 3-4 days to repair my car. I told them I would pick it up in a week just in case there are extra issues that come up (even though they had already completed a 2-hour assessment previously and had already ordered in the parts needed). I call the morning I am due to pick it up and they tell me that it's not ready, they need extra parts that they JUST ordered. They let me know my car isn't ready right before I am supposed to pick it up. No warning, no heads up that I won't have a car and need to make alternative arrangements to be able to drive my kids to their activities tonight. Would they have informed me if I hadn't called to check? I would have showed up there to pick up my car if I hadn't called. Then I get a call from a different Boyd location, saying they have my car and are waiting for an ETA on my parts. Boyd Dudley moved my car without informing me. Why did I have a booked appointment at the Dudley location if they weren't able to service it? The Mooray location, where my car is now, has known for 5 days that my car needed extra parts and no one informed me. I had a bad experience with Boyd on Nairn a while back, I am never taking my car to any Boyd location again. It's obviously part of the company culture to take their clients' time for granted.

  I would recommend for any type of service! Great customer service from ALL staff, very detailed and responsible with all the work they do. Answered all my questions, concerns and were able to deal with all the issues my car had. It was my very first time having my car fixed and they explained everything very well!!

  Had a large amount of damage done to my vehicle. Dropped off my car and was able to get it back in a short amount of time considering how much damage was done. Very happy with the quality of the repair and customer service.
