  I brought my vehicle in to be serviced at this shop after I ripped my bumper off a snowbank. Everything about the service was smooth as silk. I booked my appointment, they called me when my part was in, and a rental was available to me when I dropped my car off. The most impressive part, MY CAR WAS READY FOR PICK UP THE NEXT DAY! I was blown away at how quickly they worked, and they had it looking like brand new! Thank you again to the fine folks at Boyd on 720 Nairn. You guys are amazing!

  Autopac estimate a month and a half ago, no communication since. Might as well call them autopac, for the lack of communication. Update: Received a call and apologies for misplaced paperwork. Wonderful response. A mistake was made, it was owned up to, very professionally, hence my car is scheduled for autopac repair at boyd on regent. A master class on keeping a customer. Also, I couldn't refuse the offer of a loner car eventhough I don't have loss of use coverage. Nice touch!

  I had front collision repairs on my car and that was MPI claim. These busy months where everyone is giving me average time like 1.5 months. Boyd autobody at Nairn did the job in just 2 weeks remarkable. Parts ordered in 3-4 business days called me to drop off my vehicle and in just 3 days my vehicle is back and perfect job done. Ahhh Sigh of relief for me bundle of thanks to the team. I am sorry don't remember the crew name but the lady at the front sorry don't know her name but she was so nice, promising to help and support me at their best. And James i guess you are the man very supportive. They gave a brand new rental Mitsubishi SUV with full tank and unlimited miles to drive wow. Even i requested James to do couple of extra jobs on my car and he never said no to me. God bless you all. Bundle of thanks. Highly recommend for the auto jobs at this location.

  Got into an accident before Christmas and took my vehicle to Boyd on Nairn for a free estimate before making my claim to MPI. The quote they provided was pretty much what MPI estimated the damage to be. Took my vehicle back there last week to get the work done, they had my rental already ready for me. My vehicle was completed the day they said it was going to be and looks better than when I brought it in! I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Boyd on Nairn for your autobody repairs!

  I was expecting a head ache. Ide prolonged my claim thinking it would snowball into days or weeks without a vehicle and a lack luster repair. This is my first Google review, and I do so because my experience with Boyd Auto body on Nairin was great. Fast friendly and most important to me knowledge, competent staff! Thank you Boyd Auto body for a seem less and pleasurable repair
