Moe at drop-off was similarly friendly. Great, fast experience all around and very conveniently located basically inside of the airport. Would for sure rent again.

- TLTammy LutzerApr 4, 20261.0We normally rent from Enterprise in our area. As our trip was very last minute, the airport location was our only option. We signed paperwork and were off. During our vacation, we called in and asked if we could extend our booking and it was all confirmed and were told the extra dollar amount. When we came back from our trip, our credit card was charged double from what was quoted. Calls were made to Winnipeg location - direct contact with the branch manager as well as corporate and no one could seemingly help out. We kept asking for a copy of the document that was signed and they kept saying they had no copy and no record of phone calls (even though all phone calls are recorded). After getting no where for 1 1/2 years, we finally spoke with a guy by the name of Jeremy in the office who was able to pull up the signed document without any issue confirming that we were charged incorrectly. THANK YOU JEREMY!!! He deserves a raise!
