- LJLena JankovicApr 6, 20261.0Enterprise is a great company and I rented with them all around the world.But Thompson nightmare...So i rented one way from Winnipeg.My return was Sunday.Web says its closed so I returned car but not the keys due to the fact that they dont have drop box at the airport..Well behold the rudness of twerpy little Manager in training Mehedi Hasan...He was there at the airport because he needed something? and somehow I should have known this?Why didnt i drop the keys off at city location they have drop off box?Because Mehedi i was told to drop it off at the airport in Winnipeg! Excuse me?What kinda of a backdoor business are you trying to run? Then he threatens to charge me extra and says I have to deal with Winnipeg...Well thank god for that because within two minutes person on the phone in Winnipeg said no issues we will not charge you extra and understandable.You see Mehedi thats called customer service .Maybe they should send you to Winnipeg for some training. As much as you obviously hate your job you picked it...While I was there he was trying to scam another lady for returning the car hour late we are 24 hour business he says even tho they have worst hours of any enterprise around.You make enterprise look bad and other locations have to apologize for your terrible behaviour ...Do better
