  I visited recently for an oil change. The staff was efficient, but I was disappointed that I wasn't asked which oil tier I wanted. Instead of being offered the conventional or semi-synthetic options, I was automatically charged for the full synthetic premium package. While the oil quality is good, I would have preferred the cheaper option. I'd recommend that the technicians confirm the price and oil type with customers before starting the work.

  They look not well familiar with manual transmission and I little bit scared if they used proper fluid the last time I went (a year ago) for my transmission fluid.

  Very expensive. I will go back to my regular place. Under staffed for a Saturday. I waited longer than expected. 4 bays, only 2 days for staff that were present. No discount provided as a recognition for the long wait.

  Honestly waiting 2 hours to get an oil change wasn't a good experience. The guys inside were friendly and fast. But should have all bays open on a Saturday and last day of the coupon. Just my 2 cents

  Darryl (hope i spelt that right) and Erik were my techs, as soon as I pulled in I was offered a coffee (never had an oil change come with one before), they were very friendly and welcoming. Made pleasant small talk while working including recommending the burnt ends from Bigg Smoak BBQ for my date next weekend. Didn't push anything I didn't ask for, simply gave me all the information and let me decide. Told me my air filter looked great and didn't require a new one, and at the end they honored a coupon the previous store manager didn't sign. Whole experience was fast, painless, and friendly. Will be going back to this location next time I need an oil change.
