I have witnessed 2 unforgivable experiences here though. A female family member brought their vehicle in for an oil change. The vehicle had a blown head gasket, so oil was leaking into the coolant. A technician here straight up told my family member that she should have a man fill her oil next time, because she must of put oil in the coolant reservoir herself. The guy turned to his colleague and said this woman doesn't know what shes doing. Way to treat your customers guys! The other time I sent a friend here to get a basic oil change and somehow they ended up paying over $600. Upsold to the moon for no valid reason. I feel bad for people who dont know better and get taken advantage of by these people.
