  I am so extremely pleased with the experience I had at Boyd. Jessica and John were great to deal with and the quality of work was excellent. They took care of everything, and so quickly! From accident to fully repaired was a week and a half! Amazing!

  Jessica was amazing to deal with. We had to drive in over an hour to get our windshield replaced. She fit the appointment in on our schedule. When we got the vehicle back, the work was not only well done, but the vehicle completely cleaned including the floor mats! I would not hesitate to in sending people to deal with John and Jessica

  Mixed feelings about my experience with Boyd. The work I asked them to do, they did well. However, there was other blatently obvious work that needed to be done. I didn't specifically request this additional work, but didn't decline it either. Highly disappointed that my vehicle sat in thier shop for three weeks, with experienced technicians walking by it several times a day, and it never occured to anyone to think, maybe we should call the owner about this because its going to look like crap. When I asked them about it, they double-downed on the "you didn't ask for it and it wasn't part of the quote" defence. The quote was undecypherable to a non tradesman. End result was I went Gmiterek in Beausejour to finish the job, and they were excellent. And much cheaper. One year follow up. I had them repair some rust spots. 1 year later the paint work was bubbling thru. Sorry, no warrantee on rust repair they say. So they let me spend $10K to perform work they knew wouldnt last, nice. I dont understand the high reviews as my experience was completly the opposite. I have to wonder if they're fake. My advice, do NOT use Boyd in Steinbach.
