I paid for my fax. Then it broke. Left without getting my money returned. Called a lot. They don’t pickup the phone. Not nice

Frustrated with the self serve fuel pumps at this Pilot/Flying J location in Ste. Agathe, MB. More often than not, many of the passenger vehicle fuel pumps (facing Highway 75) have a "blue screen of death" on them, which means they will not work no matter what, so one has to drive around from one pump to the next to find one with a working white screen...however, that is not the worst part! Oh no, that is just a minor gripe of mine. ...drive around and finally find a working screen pump, and the thing will instantly hose your debit card/credit card by claiming "incorrect password" or "access denied" and in the process locking your card(s), requiring a trip to the bank to get them to unlock said cards in person. This has happened to me a few times now at this particular Ste. Agathe Pilot/Flying J location. This is unacceptable (and I know for a fact I was entering my passcodes in properly and error free at the pumps). I have stopped going to this location because of this, which is unfortunate because the employees inside are great, the convenience store is great, I really would like to be an ongoing customer at this location like I used to be. But I don't have the time nor patience to have my debit/credit cards randomly locked up because of these faulty pump errors time after time. Ste Agathe Pilot/Flying J...Fix those pump payment systems properly and I would be more than happy to start being a customer again. Until then, no thanks, I will go where the self serve gas station pumps don't lock up my payment cards because of some garbage third party payment system.
