  Well everything car and people at the front desk were satisfied to me. The only one thing where I am fighting here in Canada is regarding the use of my business debit card as the financial department from my Gutor company is located in France. Gutor Electronic is a Switzerland company with its head quarter located in Wettingen. The problem you did not have the machine to take my debit card to pay on return with that card so that to get the invoice throw my company bank account. I paid with my own personal credit card and that’s unacceptable! Regarding the Canadian law, you should take my debit business European card as I am a resident in Alberta and I came by flight into the Manitoba. I know I can’t if it is to rent a car in the same province where I am resident. That’s what says the stupid law. Now I can wait for 6 months to get paid back by my company. That’s very bad. So I do not have that problem with National excepted Entreprise at Brendon municipal airport. I am disappointed about that point. If my company will accept the American Express, everyone suppliers will cry about the amount of the fees, we are lucky to use an European debit card as it is not credit and the card has an available balance of 20000€ with no additional fees. So it does not make sense to not use at all in Canada! Stupid system here. Sorry, but you have enough information to understand your quality issue and to do by yourself the claim that something could be improved to increase your pillard of your quality of service for your clients. It is not to the client to explain and to show you what's going wrong. Each employee must be capable to do a quality request to improve his own service. If not, you want to never listen your client and to make some internal requests. My point of view is you don't really care of some regular clients who rent a lot of cars per year. I am on Emerald club member. I don't have time to call any other contact you have, what does that mean?! What should I understand ?! You just don't take care. And the problem is still on going from many years and no one do anything, that's a scandalous system. I changed my note from 3 to triple zero right now. Don't thank you.
