    Can't go wrong with Enterprise. They took care of my needs with zero fuss. Just an overall great experience, thank you. And did I mention they upgraded me to a bigger vehicle for the same amount as my booking, and vehicle was squeaky clean? Awesome!

    Too Horrible experience there! They tried to rob our money. We rented a car and then when we brought it back they showed as a small damage which is not ours but was there before we take the car, but they told as we caused the damage <<with out any prove>>. When he writes the loss damege report, He wrote we don't have money to pay << we never said that>> and he wrote that we don't know how the damage happened << but we know the damage was there before we rented the car>>

    I like the upfront clarity. She told me if I returned the car days early, I would get some refund. And I did! I sometimes think the contracts could use fewer words and a larger print.
