  The guys at the shop took care of me. They were great! The appointment system is some weird Ai. I didn’t like that. Go in, speak to a human. They are awesome.

  Excellent and extremely speedy service - was in and out for a tire repair in less than 15 mins! The folks working are extremely polite, tell you like it is, and GET THE JOB DONE. Very trustworthy. My man Hollywood fixed me up good as new and showed me how things with my car worked. So friendly, quick, their goal is to get you in and out and not waste your time. Would recommend them to anyone needing tire services in Worcester and beyond!! Thank you all!!

  Made an appointment for 4pm, no one was working on changing tires, 4 open spots for work to be done. 2 guys walking around doing nothing. Guy inside told us they dont have time for our appointment. Called the operator who makes the appointment asked for a manager which we never talked to. They are sorry! What a way to run a shitty business. And your staff is SO unprofessional. And they told us they close at 5pm.

  Won't ever go back there again. Bought 4 new tires... drove off the lot checked my psi in each tire... one was up over 57!! Knew something must've been off. Called brought it back next day only because I had to pick my children up from school and day care. They told me its fixed. Once again drove away thinking it was all set. Nope same issue called brought it back. They said it needed to be re calibrated... ok... go pick my truck back up... same issue. They say oh.. bring it back in... 3rd time... oh we can't fix this issue. We are just a "tire shop" we can refer you to Monroe our sister company. Oh ok they're gunna pay for this... they said no all cost are on you at this point. I left in severe frustration. As I had a family trip to attend that weekend and street hockey for my child. I just wanted safe. New tires for my family... called several times asking to speak to a manager to no avail. I put a complaint in with the BBB and contacted the corporate office. Went to town fair tire in auburn ma... boom problem solved and fixed within 6 minutes. No charge. Almost embarrassing to be that in competent as a "company " wish I just went to a real tire shop in the first place.

  Part One: Purchased 4 brand new tires from the location in Lowell along with a tire warranty back in November 2024. Came to this location in October 2025 to get one of the tires replaced due a hole in the tire due to a nail. Called the day before to schedule an appointment and to check if they had the tire in stock and I was informed that they did and that I can come into the shop the next day for the warranty exchange. The day of my appointment when I arrived at 10am I was told that they didn't have the tire and that I should wait for the customer service rep. That I made the appointment over the phone. After waiting for about two hours, I was in the clear to get the exchange. Two weeks later I got a complaint with my dealership and noticed that the car is still driving weird and differently from before. Spent 4 the alignment fees and even paid for camera reconfiguration, Wheel balancing at various Hyundai locations. The location is in Auburn and Milford and it wasn't until I purchased 4 brand new tires from the location in Lowell along with a tire warranty back in November 2024. The rep told me that my tire that I had though my warranty is no longer in production and that they are reasoning for the switch up. Told the rep that I would like to get the other three exchanged to match the new tire that I was given. I was told that that can't be done and that they (Tire Warehouse in Worcester) would have to test drive the vehicle to see if the tire would cause the car to drive differently because one mismatched tire even though it is comparable shouldn't cause the car to drive differently.
