  Never do business with this company and most notably the Worcester MA location. If possible, the review should allow for -5 stars for horrible Customer Service. This past Saturday I had an appointment for at home install of a new windshield schedule between the hours of 12 PM and 5 PM. Checked messages and emails showing that my appointment was current and Tech would be arriving. His name was Benjamin. At 4:30 PM after waiting on my day off no Tech arrived. I called the helpline for Safelite auto glass. The customer service agent tried repeatedly to contact both the Tech and the manager at the Worcester location. She was very apologetic and kept trying for better part of 20 minutes while on hold. I received a text message stating “sorry to see you go your appointment has been canceled”. This is something I did not initiate and when the service agent came back on, I asked her if she had canceled the appointment and she said no. She said it must’ve been done by either the Tech or the manager in the Worcester location. She said it was unacceptable and gave me the corporate number to Safelite. I called them promptly on Monday morning. Explained the situation was not given an apology or an explanation. Just simply said maybe rescheduling would be your best option at this point. I did reschedule and chose to have it replaced directly at the Worcester shop. Price to replace windshield changed by over $100. Called the location, explained the tech not showing up on Saturday. Again no apology or explanation. Complete BS. Never do business with this organization or this shop.

  Professional & 5-STAR for Safelite! The technician arrived on time, worked fast, and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend Safelite!

  I used Safelite to replace the windshield on my new Toyota Camry. I was concerned about the calibration and called Toyota to see who they recommended. They told me they used Safelite. When the technician arrived he assured me Safelite had the tools and that the calibration would not be an issue. The technician was polite, professional, and it showed that he cared about the job he was about to do. Many thanks to him and the Safelite team!

  My technician Andrew who came to my house to replace my windshield was an extremely kind, talented, organized and clean. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and he did a perfect job replacing my windshield. He deserves a raise and I would hire him myself if I could and pay him well. He’s worth every penny.

  Service appeared great - came on time, did the job, communicated along the way and when done… only thing is the moulding came off less than a week after the replacement… dealing with the warranty work has been delayed - parts - and communication has dropped off some… waiting to hear back as to when part is in but it’s been over a week.
