- JDJames DevereuxApr 16, 20265.0Employees at Goodyear were great!! I stopped in to get a broken corroded valve stem fixed. The technician took the tire out of the back of my car, broke the tire down and came up with a solution. The girls behind the counter were great! Very helpful and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Fixed my valve stem and sent me on my way. Didn’t even charge me!!! Highly recommend stopping in!!

She got us in and out quickly despite being very busy. Kayla went above and beyond and I would highly recommend working with her!

Couldn't make it earlier because got stuck in bad city traffic. Amanda and another evening supervisor JC i think asked one of the technicians to take a look. Hanny fixed my tire in less than 10 minutes and I was home on my way. Made my day and made sure I got home safely. Thank you!!

- SDSandy DMar 30, 20263.0I went in this past Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. Gary recommended I also do my free alignment and a fuel system cleaning and tuneup based on the mileage on my vehicle. Service was completed timely and I went on my way. Sunday morning, I went out to start my car, and it wouldn’t start. I called Amanda and arranged to have the car towed to the shop. I was frustrated to say the least. She even sent 2 guys to my house to see if they could fix the problem. Long story short, Gary, Amanda and the team at the shop went above and beyond resolve all the issues. Gary was great with keeping me updated and explained what happened. They were great! Excellent customer service! Thanks! Edit to Tuesday morning and now my car won’t start again and now I will have to miss a day of work!
