  We drove from Tennessee to Rhode Island to look at a camper. We bought it, but getting it home was going to cost a lot using a transport service. The guys at this location in Worcester helped us by allowing us to rent a truck the same day (last minute too). They also allowed a one-way trip with a fee, so we didn’t have to return it to the same location.

  always nice and easy to rent any vehicle with enterprise. Not once or twice they saved me. Will come back at some point for sure. F-150 almost brand new, everything was working perfectly. Zach helped me out making this rental be the easiest possible! Thank you.

  We were so impressed by the service we received. Ross went above and beyond our expectations. He met us at a closer Enterprise location with our rental truck. That is exceptional customer service that we will not forget. He went through all details thoroughly and was very friendly. The experience for us was fantastic and certainly made us very happy Enterprise customers. I have already told others of our great experience and will certainly recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a truck rental. Nothing but high praise for all aspects of the rental process and return process. Very happy!
