  I had an oil change and the guy that took care of me was friendly and kind made great conversation!! He has not 5 stars but 10 he said he was the assistant manager!! However when I left the bay their was still the foot and a half feet of snow that we had and I knew I was not going to get through well I had to try for 5 mins I went back and forth back and forth my 12 year old was about to get out and push my van. Until the man that did that took care of my oil change came out with a shovel tried to help get me out wasn't working!! I asked if he had another shovel so I could get myself out as well.. so here I am a female shoveling like a maniac on Lincoln St while their was about 4 other men in valvoline not even trying to help and the gentleman that helped said I was lucky at least he came out because they would have just left me their !!!! And like I told him this is why I am raising my daughter just the way my mom raised me independent and to never rely on a man because they can't even shovel me out nevermind take care of you !! This was extremely unacceptable for me to get out and do their dirty work I told the man this deserves a free oil change next time what has society come to and why wasn't this taking care of prior to customers coming in anyway !!!!

  The technicians who helped with my oil change and transmission fluid were very knowledgeable about the products, services, and vehicles. They were very efficient in their work and ensured that we had information given to us on every product and service that valvoline can offer to us, aswell as recommendations for what we should repair on our next visit. Additionally provided great information about autobody repair shops recommended by valvoline. 10/10 and 100% satisfaction from both employees involved

  The manager is lazy. And I understand we all had a job to do. But whoever works on Sundays as the manager is lazy. I asked for air in my tire ! And I get my oil changed when they’re due, they told me to put air in ONE tire is a 30 minute + wait. I used to be a VIOC employee for 3 years and this is a big NO NO. Take care of your customers and he customers will take care of you.

  I had one of the best experiences with Vanessa what an amazing service! As a women it’s very nerve wracking to go in there because I don’t really know much about cars but Vanessa made me feel so comfortable! Highly recommend!

  First time I used Valvoline for auto services.I was impressed.I had a Radiator Flush done. In and out in twenty minutes.I stayed inside my car playing with my phone. The price was more than half than going to the dealership and the serviceman was a pro he must have done hundreds of them.
