No compensation of any kind was offer and the manager was rude and after several attempts to contact him like over a week customers care gets in contact with him on a 3 way and he hangs up the phone so another 2 days to get a hold of him and. I thing was fix very unprofessional from his part and the store and deff needs to be train on how to give proper customer service and manners Left a pic of the tread so people can see how tight they did it that literally the tread came out hole and still with the evidence and the staff confirming the issues they still brush it off
