  Staff members were very nice, professional. They found an ongoing issue with my vehicle when I told them what was going on and pointed out the problem so it could be resolved. Thank you! I no longer hate all Jeremy’s.

  I brought my vehicle to the Valvoline location at 646 Chandler Street, Worcester, Massachusetts 01602 for an oil change. Prior to arriving, my vehicle was operable and drivable. I waited in line for close to one hour with no smoke & no mechanical issues. I pulled into the service bay without issue. It was also confirmed that when I arrived at Valvoline there was oil in the engine as they were required to drain it on arrival. After the oil change was completed, I paid for the service and exited the facility, turning right onto Chandler Street and then right onto Mill Street. After driving approximately 1 to 1.5 miles, I observed a large cloud of white smoke coming from my vehicle. I immediately returned to the Valvoline location. While pulling back into the lot, the vehicle began sputtering. A Valvoline employee identified as Jeremy instructed me to shut the vehicle off. Once the engine was shut off, the vehicle never started again. Jeremy removed the engine dipstick and confirmed that there was no oil in the engine. Jeremy then stated that the vehicle “must have a leak somewhere.” However, there was no oil trail, no visible leaking oil in the service bay, and no oil observed on the roadway behind my vehicle. I was advised by Valvoline staff to tow the vehicle and find my own transportation home. My mechanic inspected the vehicle on the morning of Monday, January 5, 2026, and confirmed that the engine had suffered catastrophic internal failure due to oil starvation and that a full engine replacement is required. The estimated cost of replacement is between $2,500 and $3,000. I opened a case on 1/5; CS269-1158, and was told I'd have an answer by 1/9. No call from 'Duane/Dwayne' the area manager, or Brian the store manager.

  These guys are absolute rockstars!!! Got taken care of by Brian and Jeremy today Super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly., only leaving five stars because there is no six star option. I will continue to be a loyal customer as I have been. These guys should be training all the other guys for professionalism and their wealth of knowledge regarding all provided services.

  DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE FROM HERE!!!!!!!! tatnuck square 646 Chandler street Worcester Valvoline Instant Oil Change My sister just went to get her oil change, drove off her car started smoking & putting & her oil light popped up she turned around right away literally 2 min down the street drove back to valvoline & her car shut off and won’t start… Valvoline checked the dipstick and told her, her car had an oil leak when she originally Pulled in and she had 0 oil …. Mind you they didn’t tell her this before hand… They checked her dipstick AFTER they just filled her minutes before and told her she has 0 oil HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN YALL JUST CHANGED IT? TOLD HER ITS NOT THEIR FAULT & she needs to call a tow truck REFUSED TO give her cooperates number, no refund. No apology no nothing!! They refuse to take accountability!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! DO NOT LET YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY GO HERE! Oh yeah the techs name is JEREMY!!
