They messed my mini up a year ago, my wife who is more forgiving than I am recently took our Cadillac (used and just got it and barely had 5k miles on it) there to which they overfilled the engine. It smoked, shook, and then stalled not far from the shop and they wanted us to DRIVE the car back to the shop which is against their own protocols. Never saw the refund back that they promised and they refuse to pay for the oil clean up and diagnostics that Cadillac performed for their mess. Please avoid this place, they hire kids that are only there to make a buck, they don’t actually care about the work they put in and clearly don’t take responsibility for anything done to the car. Watched one of the kid not even pay attention while swinging his arms around like he owned the place. To the people in here that also complained and warned: we should have listened.
