They over filled and the oil leaking all over the gasket and damaged all my valves and spark plugs. Drove on a highway, my car was shaking violently. Almost didn’t make it home. Had to to replace valve cover gaskets, plugs and wires and redo the oil change everything. Sever damaged to the transmission. Cot me over $2,500. Very disappointed. DO NOT recommend this place !!!

When I was leaving, I decided to test if there was water and there wasn't, so I showed them and asked again. Underneath my car, there's a sump guard that's always loose, so I always ask them to put the clamp back on after changing the oil. They simply ignore my request, and I only notice when I'm far away and the sump comes loose from the car, and I have to leave work to go back and ask them to put it back on. And they never inflate the tires; they're more concerned with speed than customer satisfaction. This shop is near my house, but I'm not going back there. This has happened more than four times, so I definitely do not recommend this place and I will not return.
