This employee who started with the questions for me (a burly guy with a short haircut and a pointy goatee and looked like the MMA fighter Tank Abbott) was fake- sweeet to begin, then became a monster. I told the greeter guy I ONLY want an OIL CHANGE. This Tank Abbott admonished that first guy (who later told me it was his fist day) that "we go by the Fleet schedule". That apparently means ignore the guy driving the car. When I overheard him tell another that he's giving me wipers also, I told him no, do not give me wipers (mine were fine) He hollered at me that "it's too late, they're in the bill, he's not going to argue with me", then he stormed off. When I saw him some back in a few minutes, I exited my car (barely) to make sure he understood no wipers. He started hollering at me "GET IN YOUR CAR". I wouldn't, since I don't take my orders from him. He hollered this command "GET IN YOUR CAR" at me 4 or 5 more times. I asked him if he was a Marine Corp Drill Instructor. He stormed off again. A new guy, who I later learned was the manager, took over. He overrode Tank Abbott and I just got the oil change. Though the manager was friendly, he gave we a new window sticker that said to come back in 3,000 miles. That's only 4,500 miles sooner than it should have said. I had that mileage issue at the previous Valvoline visit. So I will never visit a Valvoline store again. Mostly due to this horrible experience with Tank Abbott, but also because you apparently like to sell a 7,500 mile oil change to people every 3,000 miles, based on the way you fill in window stickers. I will also make a Craigslist Post about my Valvoline - North Worcester, MA experience, and renew it every 2 weeks.
