  New shop manager, is great. No quilting into shit ya don't need. I mean, he tried. But was easy to deal with in saying no to extra service.

  I had my oil changed on Saturday January 24th. They spent about 5 minutes on the oil change, and then said “you’re all set.” I drove off and immediately smelled a burning smell. I got home and looked under the hood and noticed all the oil leaked all over the engine. It also leaked all over my garage floor. I called Valvoline and told them what happened. The lady I spoke with said well you can put in a claim, but we close soon. I told her I would be coming back down to have the leak fixed before my engine seizes. I drove back down and they told me that they forgot to tighten a bolt that holds the oil filter in place. Seems negligent and I will not be back. They also up charged me for air filters that I did not need. They also said I needed new wipers, I told them I just replaced them all a week ago. My wipers are brand new. I was not offered any refund for this major inconvenience. Customer service was horrible. Worst I have ever seen. I drive a very expensive vehicle as most these days are. I want this documented with Valvoline’s corporate office. If my car continues to leak oil and have problems, then I will be coming after you for damages. My car was in excellent condition prior to this horrible oil change at Valvoline. Omar serviced my car and was terrible. What type of training do these mechanics receive?

The level of unprofessionalism we’ve experienced since is staggering: Zero Accountability: We followed every protocol to file a claim. The Run-Around: They dragged the process out for over a month, leaving us without a functioning vehicle and a costly rental while promising to "investigate." Bad Faith Denial: After weeks of silence, they declined the repair, despite the clear mechanical failure caused by their technician's installation. It is one thing to make a mistake; it is another to lack the integrity to fix it. We trusted Valvoline with a basic maintenance task, and it resulted in thousands of dollars in damages and a month of stress. Do not trust this location with your vehicle. They do not stand behind their work, and their "warranty" or claims process is a sham designed to wear customers down until they give up. We will be pursuing every legal and consumer protection avenue available.
