I got in the wrong line because one line has had 8 cars serviced ahead of me already where I’m 90 minutes waiting for two cars ahead of me to get their oil changed. They have 5 workers, one just carries air filters back and forth from the back office to the cars and back. Another all he does is go up and down a flight of stairs. While the other three workers keep filling up air in the tires of one car. This would have been faster if I drove to Texas and dug my own oil well. I’m contemplating turning the engine on in my car so I can suffocate and end be put out of my misery.

Confused how there is no warning of long waits from a company that advertises fast oil changes. Ruined my day and major lack of communication from the employees. I also wanted to leave the parking lot and not wait but was trapped by the heavy pile up of cars behind me and was forced to still pay for a service that did not meet any expectations. Have been going to this Valvoline for years and will now strictly go to Walmart since they are faster and more consistent.
