    I recently had four new tires installed and was pleased that they were able to take me right away. However. After the installation I noticed That my tire pressure light was on. I drove home and found my tire pressures were not correct. Not one tire had the correct pressure and they all were different. I’d expect that a business who focuses on tire installation would make sure the pressures were correct after installation.

    I called and made an appointment because I had a slow leak in my rare passenger tire. John was able to locate the small nail that was hidden by snow and he passed it up and refilled the tire. I was in and out in 30 minutes!

    The service provided was unsatisfactory, to the extent that it was unacceptable. I had scheduled an appointment online for 4:00 PM on December 5, 2025, to have my front tire repaired. I had provided advance notice because I had brought the tire myself. This caused a slight delay of approximately 20 minutes beyond my original appointment time, which I had communicated.. Upon my arrival, I parked my car and proceeded to enter the store. As I was walking towards the front desk to inquire about the contact person I had previously communicated with, one of the employees, a tire repair technician, pulled my jacket and came dangerously close to me. I was deeply shocked and appalled by this behavior. I immediately requested that he release my jacket and decided to continue walking inside the store to inform the front desk employee that I was there to have my tire serviced. Before I could even speak, the employee at the door followed me and began shouting. Another employee then joined in and commented on what I had said and what had just transpired. This was an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional way to greet me or anyone else. This behavior constitutes intimidation at its most extreme. I informed the front desk employee of his actions, but he did nothing to de-escalate the situation. I then stated that I would no longer engage with these two individuals to prevent the situation from worsening. Additionally, there were other individuals who were not even employed at the store who were commenting on the situation. I decided to record most of it from outside the store using my phone. Regarding payment, the employee offered to provide me with the repair for free. I declined, stating that there was no need for it. I will not accept any handouts. I will pay the repair fee just like everyone else. Once the bill is paid, I requested a receipt. Initially, the first and second employees gave me different receipts from different customers, neither of which had my card or name on it. I pointed this out to them, and on the third attempt, they finally provided me with the correct receipt. I took a picture of it. In conclusion, I will never return to this establishment. I will not recommend it to anyone. I was not treated as a customer when I simply went in there to receive a service. I asked the front desk employee why they were acting this way towards me, and his response was that they were just having a stressful day. I asked him if this was what they did when they had stressful days, and he responded that they released their stress on customers? I will also report this matter to the Consumer Affairs department so that they can investigate it. I hope that this incident does not happen to anyone else. Thank you for your time.

    They got me in right away when I needed a new tire, but all of their signage indicated that they closed at 7:00om. When I went to go pick my car up at 6:00pm there was nobody there. I tried calling nobody answered, I even tried the corporate number and they put in a ticket for someone to call me and nobody called me. When I went the next morning to get my car pay for it. I explained the situation to the gentleman there and he did apologize but it was incredibly inconvenient for me. When you are told that you can pick it up until 7:00pm and you work it's very different than when you have to make arrangements to pick it up earlier. I honestly wouldn't have even minded if someone had told me. I had also asked them to check my tire sensors and I was told that they would be able to do that I got into my car and instead of one tire sensor not working none of them are working. I will not be going back. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional very nice but the service was atrocious.
