  I hit a pothole on Saturday night that ruined my tire. I checked what tire stores were open on Sunday and the Warehouse was the only local one. I got a 900am appointment and was on my way by 1000am

  Came in with an emergency during a funeral and these guys got me in and out in a hurry. Much appreciated would certainly recommend!

  Very accommodating!!! I hit something on my way to work tire started to lose air and I was right by The tire Warehouse I drove it in put my key through the dropbox at 5:45 in the morning spoke with them at 7:30 and they took care of my car the next day had to get a special tire for my vehicle...very pleasant experience..

  Very disappointed with my experience. I paid for an internal tire patch, but instead, J. Rodriguez and N. Martinez just did a plug and sent me on my way. When I came back to complain, they said it wasn’t shady — that the guy was just trying to help me get out of there quickly. But that’s exactly what makes it shady: I paid for one service and got something completely different without being told. A plug is a quick, cheap fix, not what I requested or paid for. I expected honesty and professionalism, and this felt like neither. I won’t be coming back.

  The first time back after many years, service was extremely slow and Jake as well as the other lead person were very rude and strong voiced in there approach. I made an appointment and at that time explained I had other business that day. I arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment was acknowledged by Jake then waited 28 minutes before service started. When I asked him what was up he blatantly told me I wasn't the only person in the shop and he would just rather put my old tires back on and watch me leave. Also another gentleman there wanted to leave but they refused to give him his keys and told him to quiet down til they were done. I will never go back again and have decided to post my experience for others to know what to expect. On top of all that the left front tire wasn't balanced properly, I had to go else where to get in done right.I was charged for items I specifically said no to, but paid anyhow because I didn't feel safe or comfortable to discuss it with Jake. Sometimes people need something ASAP and they just stop speaking , but I regret not putting him in his place and getting what I asked for and Needed. How you manage to stay in business with punk attitudes running your business is beside me. Hope you have a wonderfully antagonistic day, seems to be your mantra.
