I’ve never had a bad experience at tire warehouse until today. I started to pull into the lot and realized they hadn’t plowed. I got stuck at the entrance of the lot. The under carage of my car got ripped out. Then I go back to take a picture of the lot and the manager had called a plow. It was obvious the plow was called bc of the situation that had just happened with me. They were trying to cover their tracks. At this point the plow driver verbally assaulted me, talking in a sexual manner. He was also putting me down and saying derogatory things to me. Then tried to plow into my mother’s car. Crazy experience today, I’m still in complete shock. I wouldn’t want another female customer to come into contact with that plow driver. The manager was laughing the whole time and did nothing so he was at fault as well. He was acting extremely unprofessional. I wish this incident never happened 😔
Update: Be aware that when you make an appointment it’s usually rescheduled and they take walk ins before you. I had my second appointment today at 11 AM. I made the appointment two days in advance and called the day before to confirm the appointment. When I showed up today, I was turned away. They still have not done anything to help my situation and my car is not drivable. I could care less about the plow driver. I just need my car fixed.

Terrible service atmosphere and professionalism. I didn’t even get service I had to walk out because a fight broke out amongst all the employees in the back that went into the parking lot screaming swearing As I’m standing there waiting for service with my kids. This is after the guy at the desk “helping” me couldn’t have cared less about what I needed. Never going near there again!

Made a 7:30AM appointment to get all four tires replaced while I WAITED. Received a text when I was 5 minutes away stating that it’s drop offs only. Got there and the guy at the desk said not only it’s drop offs only, but the technician don’t get in until 8AM. Why was I giving a 7:30 appointment if no one can work on my car until at least 8. I went to a different tire warehouse and was in and out under an hour.

I recently had four new tires installed and was pleased that they were able to take me right away. However. After the installation I noticed That my tire pressure light was on. I drove home and found my tire pressures were not correct. Not one tire had the correct pressure and they all were different. I’d expect that a business who focuses on tire installation would make sure the pressures were correct after installation.

The service provided was unsatisfactory, to the extent that it was unacceptable. I had scheduled an appointment online for 4:00 PM on December 5, 2025, to have my front tire repaired. I had provided advance notice because I had brought the tire myself. This caused a slight delay of approximately 20 minutes beyond my original appointment time, which I had communicated..
Upon my arrival, I parked my car and proceeded to enter the store. As I was walking towards the front desk to inquire about the contact person I had previously communicated with, one of the employees, a tire repair technician, pulled my jacket and came dangerously close to me. I was deeply shocked and appalled by this behavior. I immediately requested that he release my jacket and decided to continue walking inside the store to inform the front desk employee that I was there to have my tire serviced. Before I could even speak, the employee at the door followed me and began shouting. Another employee then joined in and commented on what I had said and what had just transpired. This was an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional way to greet me or anyone else. This behavior constitutes intimidation at its most extreme. I informed the front desk employee of his actions, but he did nothing to de-escalate the situation. I then stated that I would no longer engage with these two individuals to prevent the situation from worsening. Additionally, there were other individuals who were not even employed at the store who were commenting on the situation. I decided to record most of it from outside the store using my phone.
Regarding payment, the employee offered to provide me with the repair for free. I declined, stating that there was no need for it. I will not accept any handouts. I will pay the repair fee just like everyone else. Once the bill is paid, I requested a receipt. Initially, the first and second employees gave me different receipts from different customers, neither of which had my card or name on it. I pointed this out to them, and on the third attempt, they finally provided me with the correct receipt. I took a picture of it.
In conclusion, I will never return to this establishment. I will not recommend it to anyone. I was not treated as a customer when I simply went in there to receive a service. I asked the front desk employee why they were acting this way towards me, and his response was that they were just having a stressful day. I asked him if this was what they did when they had stressful days, and he responded that they released their stress on customers? I will also report this matter to the Consumer Affairs department so that they can investigate it. I hope that this incident does not happen to anyone else. Thank you for your time.
