The guys at tire warehouse are great and professional! NEVER make an appointment over the phone with the customer service line. They’ll give you wrong information and lead to a lot of frustration for you and the workers. Just call and speak with the staff if you can’t go in person.

I have been a loyal customer for years. On Monday, 12/29/2025 I brought my car in because my left front tire would not inflate at the air pump I used in another location. I thought I had to buy a new tire. The guy came out to look at my tire, then took a gauge to see if there was an air leak. He told me there was no leak and the yellow "Warning" light had disappeared! If this was a different place, I believe they would have made me buy a new tire just to get business. Kudos and God Bless Tire Warehouse for their honest service people!!

Made appointment at 2 PM for my leaking tire. No one strat working on my car till 3:10 pm only after I start asking questions. After spraying tire from spray bottle during rainy day they find a nail, but states it is not leaking. After 1.5 hours had to leave with out any solutions to my problem.

This experience was so annoying and costly I made a online appointment on 12/13 to have snow tires installed on my truck to only get to the store and they didn’t even have the tires I chose online, so I ended up picking another snow tire and set a appointment for 12/20/25 at 8am but dropped my truck at 7:30 to only have my truck back 6 hours later and it cost me a job I had scheduled for 12pm in turn losing a additional 400.00 on top of the almost 1,500.00 I paid for tires my truck is my livelihood, appointments should be kept accordingly the customer should not be without a vehicle that long does it take 6 hours to install tires or are they taking other customers first on top of the fact the tire pressures where all over the place ranging from 34psi to 42psi

Unfortunately, after doing business for several years w/ the Tire Warehouse, I would never ever consider doing business w/ the Grove St. Worcester franchise & perhaps any other TW locations. Last Friday (12-5) I scheduled an appointment over the phone w/ a scheduling person for a tire repair 3pm Sat (12-6). When I arrived at the Grove St approx 10 mins before the scheduled appt & proceeded to check in, I informed the guy by the name of J****y (at least that is what I was told), that I was there for a 3 pm appt..He abruptly responded that there would be a delay. When I asked how long of a delay he responded around 2 hours. I replied letting him know that it was unacceptable /unreasonable for obvious reasons. His immediate response back was the least professional and in the most disrespectful manner I have ever experienced in all my days. I run a company myself & would never allow such treatment by my staff to any individuals. His immediate response back to was "look man, what do you expect this time of the season"! I responded back & told to not to address me in that kind of manner which only resulted in more volatility & no one else I could contact to address this issue. In fact, when I told him that I would be lodging a complaint he said go ahead, good luck & get the hell out of here! Not only in my presence but also in the presence of other customers. When I called to try to reach a customer service/ complaint person I was on the phone forever w/ no success whatsoever. I think it is incumbent on management to address this kind of issue. This type of treatment I experienced does not represent the Tire Warehouse reputation that was once familiar to me. We all have our bad days but to push that on to a customer is irresponsible & deplorable!
