Safelight is a great company - he came right over to my house and I just gave him my car key and asked if he could transfer my inspection sticker over to the new windshield and about an hour later he called me on my phone and I went out and down to the street and he gave me back my car key - pretty easy and hassle-free

This is the second time I've needed to use safelite And they have been nothing short of amazing they're friendly punctual and do a wonderful job with their work. I would recommend them 100 out of 100 to anyone that needs to get their glass repaired. also, Ben was the guy that just recently did my window and he's excellent. I wish I could remember the guy that did my window the first time but he was great too!

Final product was fine but getting to that point was a process. Miscommunication between techs which delayed install. Recalibration machine missing a part so scheduled for 2 days later only to be called that morning requesting that I bring vehicle 45 minutes away to shop or have to wait another 2 days for recalibration. Techs very kind and respectful. Just bad luck I guess.

Safeway auto glass on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester is probably by far the worst ratio of cost to installation professionalism. There was not any bit of being thorough as far as cleaning the inside of the vehicle from dirt debris that fell in with the removal of the windshield, taking off items from the windshield to replace onto the new windshield, cleaning the glass of glue left behind from the safety protection that it came in. I will never go there again. FYI, just installation cost $1000, over $2,300 for the entire endeavor

Highly recommend not using this company. After repairs were made, the rep just left and never notified myself repairs were complete. I went out side and immediately noticed my brand new OEM A-pillar trim pieces were Gone and replaced with cheap aftermarket junk. Upon further inspection, I open my door and broke pieces fell out. Both posts were broken and sticking up way off the car. I called service tech who was there and said he never noticed it. The service tech tried to sell me in some lies which I caught quick. Warranty repair was scheduled and they came back out to replace the cheap aftermarket posts. I once again asked where my brand new factory trim pieces went to and still wouldn’t give me an answer. A day after the windshield was replaced, I noticed an extremely loud banging noise when the wipers were no that had never happened before. Brought it back the the dealership and they confirmed the broken transmission linkage was from when the windshield was replaced. Improper disassembly of the wiper arms from the transmission will break the linkage. The dealer investigated it and found exactly that. Thanks again Safelite. I wouldn’t recommend Safelite to my own worst enemy after this experience. I’d rather drive two hours to a reputable shop than have Safelite come to my location and destroy my vehicle.
