She threatened to refuse service when I wanted to speak to corporate because she wasn’t trying to come to a compromise for damages THEY caused that weren’t already there. Then on top of all this I wait 2 and a half hours for them to just call me and tell me they can’t replace the windshield because the one they ordered was broken, who does that? Why aren’t we checking to make sure everything is all set and ready to go before having a paying customer waste their time coming and leaving their car for no reason? In all this manger was the worst one I’ve come by so far, everything she said was horrible or lies, this place needs new management or it won’t be up and running for long.
