  Everyone I dealt with (shout out Jason!) was kind, helpful, and went out of their way to keep me up to date even as they dealt with problems with the parts supplier. Thrilled to have my car back on its feet!

  My family and I were driving home to NJ and we hit a huge pothole near Worcester and blew out our front tires. We luckily made it into Monro and Roland and Alex knocked it out of the park for us. They put two new tires on and had us rolling down the highway in under an hour. This place is great; thanks again guys!

  Roland was Amazing! Able to get tires that weren’t in stock at his location, and able to install on a Saturday before an impending snow storm! And at a great price! Thank you!!

  Glad I went to another place to really check further because this place said my fan module was bad and not working and it was going to be a 1500 repair.... I went to Baker auto spoke with the owner Chad and he said everything was fine and looked at it and it was working!! Basically saved me from being charged something I didn't even need!! I legit would have got robbed if I never went somewhere else.

  I went into a diffent Monroe for an oil change and was quoted on some work my car needed.. when I went back in they turned me away as no manager was on duty for the services I needed! So I went to Monroe on Park Ave in Worcester with my paperwork! When the manager checked over it he noticed so many mistakes the other guy made on my quote! Also, after Roland (store manager) was looking to see what he could do to help me out as my new quote (correct one) was hundred of dollars more and I was approved for just enough for my first quote!! In the meanwhile Jason quickly took my car in and checked it over.. this was all on spot and without an appointment! Roland was able to help me and take a loss to help me get the work done my car desperately needed for what I was falsely quoted for! These two men were awesome! They helped me more than they really know! To top it off they are getting all the work done it needed plus 4 new tires all in under 2 hours same day I brought it in! Again no appointment was made! I will continue from this point on to ONLY go to this Monroe location for future car needs! They earned my trust and my future visits! Thank you again to both Roland and Jason for such amazing, accurate, and quick service! Also, just for being good honest people! They didn't have to do what they did! They could have made me schedule an appointment and not did anything for me til then! Instead they saved me missing work or having to pay for a rental!
