- LALisa Amoroso4 days ago5.0Amazing staff amazing prices our vehicle broke down on a Saturday and they got us right in and we broke down again and we had to get towed to the nearest shop which I regret because that shop messed around with us so after we had it towed to monro and they got us in right away and fixed every problem there was I recommend to bring your vehicles here they are amazing and will help you out. Thank you Andy and Richard you guys rock.

The manager Andy looked at a piece of paper quoting how much front shocks and tire alignment would be when I stopped in for an oil change a few months ago. The new price was over $1,000 cheaper and he told me what my new price would be. He could have kept it at the same price as before and I would never know They had a dirtbag walk out and had to call someone from another store to come help. Jason came in and knocked out the remaining of cars maintenance and was super fast, even though apparently Prius take longer because how they are built. We will be bringing all of our vehicles here. Honest and fair is important to us. Sorry about my Prius being built as if the designer has never seen a car before 🤦🏽‍♀️

The most recent time technician named Lee brought out his tools to the parking lot, laid down on the cement and got the job done right there in the snow. If anyone asked me to recommend a place to bring their car, I would tell them to come here and to ask for Lee. THANK YOU!!

I had mentioned I received a coupon in the mail that I had forgot to bring with me and Andy was able to help me out. It was actually a very decent price for a full synthetic oil change. Rich did my oil change in a timely manner. I made an appointment online no waiting around. Took about 45 min and I was on my way. Will def go back again. Easy and convenient!
