- JWJoe WronskiJan 15, 20261.0I needed to get the device installed over a month before I could even drive. I tried to contact intoxalock to learn at what voltage would the device fail. Multiple times and no response. Now, I see on their site: "Intoxalock advanced technology devices (eLERT) also display a low-battery indicator message. This will show you the health of your car battery and will help diagnose a low battery." Well it might have this technology, but why does it not eLERT their mostly useless phone app? Ridiculous.
