Our tire completely blew out on I90 and we found Amy and JCs location - they were kind, patient, and willing to help us work through a tire replacement and rim damage. Would highly recommend!
- APArthur PappasSep 24, 20255.0Have had great experiences here especially working with Amy. I have both my vehicles outfitted with the Goodyear WeatherReady and they are great. This place is excellent for tire replacements. If you bring an OEM TPMS sensor while they are putting on new tires, they can have the technicians help you swap it out too. Amy is great about scheduling ahead so I can plan a drop off, then they call you when ready to pick up. I recommend scheduling a drop off because the shop can get busy with full schedules. I also recommend buying road hazard insurance on the tires, the tires are, in my opinion, basically a safety investment. Can’t wait to test these tires in the snow, I suspect they will do great. Thank you to Amy for the friendly service and great tires, big fan of Goodyear.
- NRNick RobertsSep 21, 20251.0I have had the worst week of service at this shop. First, I made an appointment on Tuesday to fix a tire or replace it if the repair could not be made. The appointment was at 8 am, so I dropped my car off before work, expecting to pick it up after. I call to let them know I was on the way back, and they said they had no record of an appointment. I had to get there and wait another hour and a half for them to supposedly fix the tire. The next day, my tire pressure light came back on; they had said they fixed the tire but failed. They couldn't schedule me again until Sunday morning at 10, so I had to pay to inflate the tire everyday until then. Today, I bring my car in for 10 am, expecting a 1.5 hour job to replace two tires. I call three hours later, and they hadn't even started, saying that there were cars ahead of me. How?!?!?!? They are either liars when they make appointments or just extremely incompetent or inefficient. They did not finish the job today until 4. Embarrassing and unacceptable.
