Once we were at the Enterprise office, the staff was very rude and asked us to leave the office/ get out of the office his name is Ryan. It was snowing and very cold outside he said to get out of the office. We never had this kind of experience anywhere in US as we rent car from enterprise in different states. Please never ever visit this branch

One day before pickup, I got a call from someone named James—he said he was the manager—telling me they didn’t have the car. When I asked for his last name, he hung up. It felt like they didn’t care about how much this disrupted my plans. For such a large company, I expected better coordination. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but this was a major letdown. I’m sharing this so others know—last-minute cancellations and poor communication can happen, even when you plan ahead I wish I can get you 0 star.
