- KDKristina DonahueOct 28, 20252.0Easily rented first repressive very polite I returned vehicle early put key in drop box even called customer service and they put a note on account (Friday) called Monday very rude gentleman answered phone I advised I returned car early 4 days early and he stated” what you want me to do” told him adjust my account accordingly he called me crazy that car was not returned had better things to do and hung up on me I called back they finally went outside saw car and keys in box but still refused to fix date Received a review for 4 days instead of 1 I followed up with an email to manager still no response Bad business stay away from enterprise RT20 Worcester

BUT TYRIEK Is the man he was so friendly so helpful helped me get situated suggested and aided me on my upgrade after analyzing the situation for which I was using the rental and made my experience amazing and just when I thought it was over on my return I came across Victoria and I font know how anyone can be that delightful 😊 that early in the morning lol I felt the love from both. BOSS please get them a coffe. Not from enterprise lol
