When I dropped my car off at the auto body shop, Enterprise was originally going to pick me up and bring me back to their office, but since the shop already had cars on-site, two Enterprise employees came down, retrieved the extra cars, and had me complete the paperwork right there. No extra trip, which saved so much time. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and patient. When I first saw the rental, it looked very low to the ground, and in my mind, I immediately said, “No.” He understood my concern, showed me the front of the car, and assured me it would be okay. He explained everything so clearly that by the time he was done talking, I felt comfortable and said, “Okay.” He also made me feel at ease learning how to use the car since it was eco-friendly. He was very personable and genuinely listened to me—when most people would’ve just rushed me along. It was a cold day, and he even had me sit inside the car while he stayed outside and handled all the paperwork. When my car was finished, I simply dropped the rental back at the body shop, and my deposit was returned right away. I’ve used Enterprise many times, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at the park ave branch.

Corey was extremely rude to me showing no care whatsoever and hung up on me. Corey then proceeded to cancel my reservations without my knowledge or confirmation leaving me stranded with no car or reservation to get a car anymore! This was totally unacceptable and he should not be working customer service! You do not just up and cancel peoples reservations just because you’re feelings were hurt when someone says they are filling a complaint on you! I would not recommend you to this location!
