I have been going to Enterprise for many years and the park up location is my favorite one because I've never had a bad experience there. Staff are knowledgeable and happy to help and I can always get a hold of them on the phone just helpful unlike the Leominster office. The manager Tyler help me out with the sticky situation and I appreciate him a lot and all the staff there in general. 10/10

My wife reserved a car for my birthday, take the money from the bank and when I went to pick up the car, they told me is no car available, no even a phone call saying anything.
