The associate Rodney (he mumbled his name when I asked for it) tall with glasses. He said "we can only help if there's tip given" then he said "we can't help you when it's night time." I told him idk what I'm doing and it's snowing outside and I have my 2 small children in the car and I need help please. He said I needed to wait or I can go somewhere else. Thank god there was a nice stranger who saw me crying standing outside trying to figure it out and helped me. I'm very unhappy with my experience this evening and to make me pay tip just to get help. My situation is difficult as it is but I'm trying to make it everyday that I can. I would of definitely tipped but not as an obligation.
