- TLTricia LearyJan 5, 20261.0I went to AutoZone on Grafton Street today. I felt like I was bothering the staff with a request to check my battery. The woman who did check it, complained about opening the hood of my car because she didn’t want to break a nail. She found that I did need a new battery, and then asked her co-worker if he could put a new one in for me, he rolled his eyes and said “I think so” I asked if he was sure, and he very rudely said “well I need to look at your car”, I told him I was all set and got my new battery elsewhere. I could hear them laughing as I walked out. I will never go there again. One star is too many.

I had immediate service with a smile from Claudia I described what was going Claudia grabbed her meter and gave me options. I took her advice and purchased a new battery it was installed it and has a 4 year warranty. Her customer service was level was above and beyond but I so appreciated 👏🏾 her and her professionalism. Thank you Claudia 😊 🙏🏾
