- ESEdinelson SantosAug 8, 20252.0I went inside and purchased a set of Spark plugs for my Toyota RAV4 which later I found out they sold me the cheapest one, and they only had the most expensive ones but they none in between. I found it a bit strange so I asked for either an even exchange or a refund . The guy that attended me was very odd, so he took my item left it at the desk, I decided not to buy anything so I asked for refund. The cashier’s guy that assisted me told me he processed the refund and that I should get it in a few days. So I asked him is there a receipt to proof that it was credited to my account, he answered yes that I would get it in a few day's mind you he hasn’t giving me a receipt confirming of the credit. This guys didn’t even print the receipt never processed it. He closed the computer, when I asked him for the receipt of the credit he got nervous, so he kept me there for like 7 minutes so I asked for a supervisor i had to explain everything all over again, I finally got my credit back for the return I did. Also I put my phone on the table just to get my mind of off it for a second, before I know another employee comes to the desk I’m getting serviced on he comes over and tries to take over my space by assisting someone else but my phone is on the table mind you he knows I’m being served by his other coworker. So I told him to step away from the desk because I’m standing there my phone and keys are on top of the table. I got really upset and told hi I'm to never do that again! So he backed off! But all of this run-around over a return. I don't recommend this store. They were super unorganized and unprofessional.
