The guy at the register with black fingernails was instantly annoyed that I didn't know what kind of oil my car needed. He pointed to the back corner of the store and told me the oil type (O'Reilly's would've walked with me to get the right one). I was dressed in corporate clothes so I asked if he would be able to put the oil in for me. He said "no, but it's pretty easy you should be able to figure it out." Another employee was there with him and also didn't offer to help. They can install batteries, check your engine, etc., but can't pour the oil in? Overall the employees at this store were extremely unfriendly and very clearly didn't want to actually help the customers coming in. I will definitely seek out an O'Reilly's before ever visiting this location again.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
