I asked to help me find the product I was looking for since I've never been at this AutoZone and the male employee gave me attitude and said he wasn't on the clock yet to find it myself

- FFflyfall8Mar 7, 20261.0Terrible time exchanging a battery today. The people working refused to change it out like their policy says so I had to do it myself. I got it changed and when I brought the battery in the curly hairs man child behind the counter refused to assist me as I stood at the counter and just sat there and stared until I held my battery up and ask him to come over. It shouldn’t be my job to do their job. Terrible time, will not be back. Will tell others to avoid this branch.
