- WWWilliam Wong5 days ago1.0I had ordered the original windshield glass replacement, after 3 times delay because they said original glass was delayed, when the day for installation, technician said they ordered the wrong glass, technician put in a temporary glass and said they have to reorder one. This is not acceptable, poor customer service

In fact it was not and when I asked to talk to the manager , Adam , he could not be bothered to get up and talk to me. He then started going on about how his job is hard and was dismissive and indifferent to my simply wanting communication so I did not wait for an hour for nothing. His front desk person also indicated that she was not told about the wait / issues either.
