Good service. Staff is solid and knows what they’re doing. You can tell they actually care, not just trying to rush you out.
After the alignment, they didn’t just hand me the keys, the mechanic took the car for a test drive himself to make sure everything was right.
Everything works as it should. Recommend.

I initially brought my vehicle into Mavis Tires & Brakes for a flat tire. From check-in through final payment, I worked with service advisor Gabriel, who made the entire process smooth and straightforward.
During their standard inspection, the mechanics identified additional safety concerns, specifically worn brakes and seized tie rods. While it’s never easy to take on unexpected repairs, I appreciated that these issues were clearly explained and prioritized from a safety standpoint.
Gabriel was especially helpful in working with me on pricing, offering discounts that made the repairs more manageable. That level of customer care really stood out.
I’ve now trusted Mavis with four of my vehicles, and each time I’ve had a consistently positive experience. In today’s high-cost environment, it’s reassuring to have a reliable and accommodating option that helps soften the financial impact of necessary car repairs.

I went to two other tire repair shops closer to my house after having a slow leak for a few weeks. The two other places “checked it out” but told me no problems. Thank god I came here because they actually found the leak, showed me the leak and fixed it very quickly. Will definitely come back in the future. Thank you guys!

Went to have my tires rotated and check a seized caliper. Well it was to the tune of 1,500 as they recommended. Town Fair Tire quoted 859 for everything. That’s calipers, rotors, pads and flex hoses on each side. Clearly I said no but balance and rotate my tires, well I pick up my truck and noticed all the brake on the seized caliper side was in the same location. I called the manager out and he questioned the technician if he rotated, his answer was huh” huh”! This location can’t be trusted , it was never done! I wanted my money back at this point I questioned the balancing. Now I have to call tomorrow for reimbursement. Do your due diligence and question everything. I will say the good, Bryan and I did have good dialogue and he went out of his way to make things right. In addition let this not be a reflection of a whole company, but a company that made good with their client.

Customer service wasn’t great and it took way too long just to replace 2 tires. The person I talked to on the phone said I had a reservation for 2:30. When I got there they had no idea. Then they pulled a bait and switch with the price. I was told the brand of tire offered had a $70.00 immediate rebate. I said I needed 2 tires and he gave me a total price with $70.00 per tire rebate. So I said sounds good. When I got here first they claimed I had to buy 4 tires to get the rebate, then I was told it was $70.00 total. A huge difference when the tires are $275.00 a piece. When I asked what happened they laughed about it. So I choose a cheaper tire. Then they called me up and said he would do me “a favor”. He’s take $45.00 off for 2 tires. So I said, a favor? He said yes on one condition. I had to leave a google review. Well I kept up ,y end of the bargain anyway. Then 2 hours later to just replace 2 tires I take a look at my truck and find a valve stem in the tread. Not punctured just picked up by the tread. That definitely could have caused a flat. Why did it take 2 hours for what should be a simple job? Because they kept walking around goofing off while they were working. Not just having a quick conversation but plain goofing off.
