  Just leased a Nissan Sentra from Kelly Nissan Woburn. At age 73, I thought it would be better to lease. The process was smooth and stress free. Jomar was very knowledgeable, respectful and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Kelly to anyone interested in leasing or purchasing a Nissan.

  This is a great location with a large supply of pre-owned vehicles. Edwin was easy going and accommodating. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is due to wait time for the paperwork for the actual sale. Otherwise happy with this Nissan dealer and have used in the past for my last Nissan for service. Might I add- the service staff is great too! And the nice woman at the front desk was helpful- sorry I can’t recall her name!

  I brought my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in for some maintenance and repairs last Saturday. The Service Advisor, Mr. Jesus Alvarez, was extremely professional - he was outstanding! He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and offered a loaner car for the day. He was kind, thorough and very empathetic. The car was serviced efficiently the same day. Thank you Mr. Alvarez and great job Kelly Nissan of Woburn!!

  I wish I could give 10 stars! After being rattled by the most unpleasant, unprofessional (and I feel, unethical) experience imaginable at the Lynnfield Kelly Nissan dealership, I drove straight to Woburn Kelly Nissan where I had the good fortune of meeting Dan Sicari. He is a genuine asset to the company. I received absolutely stellar service, with complete transparency. No “games or surprises” at the Woburn dealership. The entire staff was wonderful. Highly recommend, and will be sending friends and family to Dan. I love my new Nissan Altima SV!

  I brought my car in for a few recalls along with some other issues I was experiencing, and Jesus was my service advisor. The experience was amazing from start to finish. Jesus provided consistent updates throughout the entire process and made sure that all of the repairs I needed were fully covered under my warranty, which I truly appreciated. He was not only professional but also extremely helpful and informative. He really took his time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of service he provides. Honestly, he deserves a raise! I was also given a loaner vehicle free of charge for the entire week while my car was being worked on, which made the whole experience even more convenient. From my initial call to schedule the appointment to picking up my vehicle, everything went smoothly and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this location for any of your car service needs, and I definitely recommend requesting Jesus if he is available!
