The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating which made pick-up & drop-off a breeze! Bobby answered all of my questions prior to my arrival and even when I called in the day I was returning. Jack picked me up at the Logan Express then quickly got me in my rental and on the road. All of the SUVs I could choose from were newer, and very clean inside and out. At the end of my trip, Trystan quickly completed my drop-off inspection then brought me back to the bus station just in time to make the next shuttle! If you’re in the Woburn area, I highly recommend using Enterprise for your next car rental!

I rented a car for a day and when I was renting I told them I will return it one hour late next day since I had a company meeting. I was 1/2 hour late and returned the car next day . The sales guy took the car did not say anythig but charger $10 for one hour late charge fee . When I called and told them they ai they will credit it back but they did not do it . They just lied to me on the phone. HERTZ rental in woburn is where I will go next time .We can not deal with this Enterprise for there rude business practies Enterprise account name and number PADDU METTA #5VKFVSH
