  I was referred to Enterprise by my daughter who bought her vehicle from them two years ago, nothing but good came out of our discussion regarding her process and how well her car is running with no issues at all. I decided to take a look at their inventory, which was plentiful. I saw a few cars that peaked my interest. Max, my sales rep, was not only a pleasure to deal with, he was extremely knowledgable, patient, answered every question without hesitation, transparent, made me feel comfortable, confident in my decision and made the entire process extremely smooth, not something I've been used to dealing with dealerships. There were a couple of things I noticed that were wrong with the car once I got it and drove it on highway. I called Max to let him know, and he immediately got his managers Bryce and Armon (I believe thats co-managers name) involved. Both of them were extremely receptive, had the car looked at, what I felt was wrong, was, and without hesitation or arguement had the car repaired and provided me a rental to use while my car was being repaired. I cant say enough good about this entire team, especially Max and Bryce who were my two direct contacts. If I could, I would give them 100 stars. I've been around the block with dealerships in my many years of car buying and I tell you, Enterprise Car Sales is THE place to go.

  After getting my car totaled earlier this month, I rented from Enterprise in Haverhill. They gave me a Mazda CX-5 that day. I really love that SUV but not the extra $25 per day that it was costing me over and above what my insurance company ($30) was willing to pay. Brought it back the next day, and got a Camry for an extra $9 over. I could afford that. While waiting for my insurance company to settle my claim, I still couldn't get that nice CX-5 outta my mind. So, I checked out Enterprise Car Sales in Woburn; and told them I was looking for a low mileage Mazda CX-5 (Fully Loaded). They had one, Carbon Edition: low mileage (36,000), Moon Roof, Navigation, Infotainment system, ABS, AC, Leather Seats. It's everything I needed I'm best please with my dealing with this company. The location is a bit dicey. I-93 and I-95 exchange, that makes getting there a bit like Chicken on the Highways.
