I was confused about a previous service I had done, so following my arrival I was directed to Ousmane who is the current manager. He is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He offered a solution at no cost and made my day. He and the rest of the employees there were eager to help and all greeted me with a positive attitude. I highly recommend this location for an oil change.

But they marked it as completed on my paperwork. Hmmmm. Literally the bare minimum bc the tech was having a bad day?. Never again. Paid for new windshield wipers but one already flew off bc the other tech decided it was a good idea to change them while my hood was open. Struggling to clip them in from strange angles instead of just closing the hood is mind boggling. I would give it 0/5 starts. I’ve never had such a bad experience and I’ve been coming here for years.
