The reservoir cap was cracked causing more damage to the car. I was unable to drive my car. I had to get the car towed and serviced. I had to pay out of pocket in full. Not only was my vehicle damaged, I am still chasing a refund check from Vavoline from this incident in October. The customer service team has sent me in circles. It has been a nightmare dealing with Vavoline. Whoever is in charge needs to do better. I am highly disappointed in the whole company.
