  Service was really good the guys were nice and very helpful. I felt as if everything they told me was fair and correct for the job that needed to be done. Appreciate everything they have done.

  I scheduled an appointment last week for today, October 16th, at 8:00 AM. I dropped off my van right on time, expecting the service to be completed as agreed. However, by the end of the day, nothing had been done, and I was told they couldn’t get to it anymore. I lost a full day of work because of this and had scheduled everything in advance to avoid exactly this type of situation. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.   The disappointment doesn't stop here. Went in and made an appointment to replace two truck tires, took time off and showed up early only to be greeted with "your tires were not ordered". Town Fair Tire gets my service from now on.

  Horrible experience. Brought my car in about 7 months ago to the Woburn location for front and rear breaks and the break pads and roters are already worn out after only driving 7,000 miles. Brought it back in to a different location and they told me I need new calibers. Brought my car to a mechanic and they said when my breaks were done they didn't lubricate the pins leading to this problem. They tried to charge me $635 for new calibers when they were not needed. If they had done the job right in the first place this wouldn't have happened.

  A couple of months ago on a Friday afternoon a “run-flat” tire on my car was severely damaged while driving in Woburn. It was clear the damage was too sever to drive very far so I did a google search for the closest tire store and Woburn’s Sullivan Tires was the closest option. They did not have my specific tire in stock but I was assured they could get the tire and have it mounted by Noon Saturday, the next day. At 10 am Saturday morning I got a call that my car was all set. During the process everyone I dealt with from the manager to the front desk attendant to the mechanic were professional, friendly and very helpful. This week I discovered that a different tire had a not-so-slow leak. Without hesitation I made an appointment at Sullivan Tire Woburn. Today they fixed the tire quickly and at a very fair price. They facility is small and not the fanciest but the work they do is excellent.
