- RSronaldo silvaOct 16, 20251.0I scheduled an appointment last week for today, October 16th, at 8:00 AM. I dropped off my van right on time, expecting the service to be completed as agreed. However, by the end of the day, nothing had been done, and I was told they couldn’t get to it anymore. I lost a full day of work because of this and had scheduled everything in advance to avoid exactly this type of situation. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.
