Safelite did not notify me of this at all and I had to chase them down to find out. This wasted my entire day waiting at home and showed a complete lack of communication and professionalism. If there was an issue with the part, I should have been informed immediately instead of being left in the dark

I can't get a copy of my receipt (they don't email the actual receipt, just send an email telling you to login, which I can't do because their website doesn't work). The automated phone system can't find me by phone # OR zip code, I can't get a real human (only an AI Agent) and 80% of the time I'm speaking to it and it doesn't hear me, just repeats the same questions over & over, then hangs up. I've wasted so much time just trying to get a receipt for the service I received. This is so ridiculous I would rather pay twice what I did to never have to deal with this insanity again.
