It was seamless, which is not a word you can use to describe a lot of things these days.

The on-site manager showed a pre-inspection photo with the dent already present, but I’m certain it occurred in their lot since my car was brand new and undamaged upon arrival. While I understand their perspective with the photo evidence, the situation left me disappointed, especially after discussing it with the district manager. Unfortunately, the district manager didn’t make any attempt to remedy the situation or turn my negative experience around. Since my insurance allows me to choose my provider, I’ll be going elsewhere for future glass repairs. I expected more accountability and customer care, especially when trusting a shop with a new car.
